Serial killer on the loose in Tampa, police looking for Black suspect

Anthony Naiboa, a 20-year-old man authorities described as having "mild autism", was killed on October 19 after taking the wrong bus home from work, according to police.

"The support from the community and our law enforcement partners has been inspiring", Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan said in a statement Thursday.

Two days after Mitchell, 22, was shot, Monica Hoffa, 32, was gunned down.

October 19, Anthony Naiboa, 20, was shot after taking the wrong bus home from his new job.

Police cars with flashing lights sat at dozens of intersections, and one major thoroughfare was entirely shut down for much of the day.
