Mindhunter officially renewed by Netflix for second season

Well he can breathe a sigh of relief because the renewal became official when "Mindhunter" announced it on November 30 in an Instagram post.

Netflix has formally ordered a second season ofMindhunter, its crime drama series executive produced by David Fincher and Charlize Theron.

In case you haven't been addicted to the serial-killer drama, the first series was set in the late 1970s as we followed two Federal Bureau of Investigation agents that expanded criminal science by delving into the psychology of murder and getting uneasily close to all-too-real monsters. While both of those programs probably should've went on longer than they did, we're certainly glad that we're seeing them both on something else worthy of their talents now.

He said that with regard to Israel, the United Nations had become "a forum for invective in the form of anti-Semitism and hatred". In just a few more weeks, the president will decide whether to approve the move or stave off the decision for another six months.

Fans of serial killer dramas should be excited to know that Mindhunter Season 2 is happening. It's based on the true-crime book of the same name by John E. Douglas, who was the inspiration for Holden Ford. The real surprise of the show thus far has been 1970s killer Ed Kemper's character played by Cameron Britton. Variety has revealed that he's signed onto The Girl in the Spider's Web, another adaptation of one of Stieg Larsson's Millennium Trilogy novels, this one with an all-new cast and with Don't Breathe's Fede Alvarez stepping in as director.

Now we just have to wait for season two. "It's meant to support what's happening with the show and for the show to evolve radically between seasons".
