Shock as Kenya ejects Nasa politician Miguna Miguna

Another lawyer, Dr John Khaminwa told Nation his client "was forced into a-KLM flight minutes to 10 pm and we gather he is headed to Canada". Two resumed broadcasts on Monday, days after a court ordered them reopened.

A Kenyan opposition politician was charged with treason on Tuesday over the symbolic presidential "swearing in" of opposition leader Raila Odinga, reigniting street protests in which one person was killed.

It is not clears what law the government used to eject him from Kenya as the Constitution guarantees him citizenship since he is Kenyan by birth. "They are also granted an anticipatory bail to stop police from detaining them", ruled Kimaru.

This came in the backdrop of Miguna's decline on taking a plea at the Kajiado Court where he had been arraigned earlier.

After the Inspector General of Police and Director of Criminal Investigations failed to produce the National Resistance Movement leader Miguna Miguna in court yesterday as ordered; now the High Court Judge Luka Kimaru has this time ordered them to personally appear in court on Tuesday morning to explain their failure to produce self-proclaimed NRM General in court.

Mr Odinga was asked for his reaction to Mr Miguna's arrest.

Mets Sign Todd Frazier to Two-Year Deal
Frazier hit well down the stretch for the Yankees last season - compiling 11 homers, 32 RBIs and a.222/.365/.423 line in 66 games. Frazier and the Yankees would embrace the symbol as their own, frequently giving one another a thumbs down after reaching base.

Miguna stood beside Odinga at Tuesday's rally and declared himself the "general" of Odinga's National Resistance Movement, which authorities have designated a "criminal group" because of its stated intent to establish a parallel government.

However, high court judge Judge Luka Kimaru has directed the DPP to appear before court this afternoon to confirm whether Miguna has been charged.

"On the 30th day of January 2018, at Uhuru Park in Nairobi County, jointly with others not before court, were present and consented to the administration of an oath to Raila Amollo Odinga purporting to bind the said Raila Amollo Odinga to commit a capital offense of treason".

Odinga insists he, not Kenyatta, was the true victor of a disputed presidential election last August.

Two TV stations - NTV and KTN News - had their signals restored on Monday evening while Royal Media Services' Citizen TV and Inooro TV remained off air.
