President Trump's Military Parade Planned for Veteran's Day

The details of President Donald Trump's military parade have leaked, and from the look of the things, it doesn't seem like we are going to have tanks rolling through the capital.

In a Pentagon memo released to CNN on Friday, the Department of Defense is now moving forward with a plan of a parade.

Despite the lack of tanks, the parade will feature "a heavy air component", with military air crafts flying overhead at the end of the parade. Officials said they are anxious about the possible damage that non-wheeled vehicles could infict upon Washington streets. In addition to France's Bastille Day celebration in July, China held a huge military parade last summer, and in May, Russian leaders organised a large military parade through Red Square.

The parade, as per NBC News, is to take place in November, most likely on Veterans Day (November 11).

The parade route will run from the White House to the Capitol.

It will correspond with Washington's annual Veterans Day parade and focus on the contributions of USA veterans "from the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 to today, with an emphasis on the price of freedom, " according to the memo.

The memo outlining the parade does not mention its estimated costs.

Apex Court recognises 'living will' by terminally-ill for passive euthanasia
Active Euthanasia is legal only in a very few countries but many countries allow passive euthanasia in specific circumstances. After the hearing, the judges had four different opinions, but agreed upon the fact that " living will " should be allowed.

"We'll see if we can do it at a reasonable cost, and if we can't, we won't do it".

Mr. Trump reportedly requested a military parade after witnessing last year's Bastille Day celebration in France, and the defense secretary acknowledged last month that the Pentagon had been "putting together some options".

"President Trump is incredibly supportive of America's great servicemembers who risk their lives every day to keep our country safe", White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said after news got out.

The commander in chief will watch from a reviewing stand by the Capitol surrounded by veterans and Medal of Honor recipients.

In the memo, the Joint Staff are tasked to plan the parade, while U.S. Northern Command is instructed to execute it.

Female veterans will be highlighted, and marchers representing previous wars will wear period uniforms, including historical dress from the Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps.
