The Original Luigi's Mansion Is Being Remade for Nintendo 3DS

During the Nintendo Direct presentation today, Nintendo announced Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser's Jr's Journey for the 3DS.

The Luigi's Mansion remake is coming out some time in 2018. Mario has gone missing, and Luigi has to search every corner of a dark haunted mansion in order to find him.

The game has not been given a release date, but instead has been slated for release this year. In this new game, players take on the role of armadillo ranger Dillon, who teams up with an animalized version of the player's Mii character to help stop enemy invasions and save the post-apocalyptic frontier. You'll also be able to utilize an in-game map that will work with the 3DS touchscreen.

But even in the smallest, most rural towns that submitted overdose data, there was a 21 percent increase in overdoses. The programs software collects data on more than 60 percent of all emergency room visits across the USA in 45 states.

Fans of the Mario and Luigi series can look forward to another adventure through Bowser. This story is developing, so we'll make sure to update it as more information becomes available.

With the remake out of the way, could the next Luigi game be Luigi's Mansion 3 on the Nintendo Switch?

Tonight's Nintendo Direct kicked off with four quick-fire reveals, with a few others that came as a pleasant surprise a bit later on.
