Twitter down? 'Something is technically wrong,' site says

The server of Twitter was down for over 10 minutes and when the site became active once again, it was a big relief to the Twitter addicts.

This is what users have been presented with. Twitter's desktop site throws a 404-error page that says, "Something is technically wrong". The error message adds, 'Thanks for noticing-we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon'.

Details about the cause for the breakdown are awaited. The website has been facing issues for more than a week, during which it has been down multiple times across various parts of the globe. Twitter later went back offline at 3.01pm afternoon Monday. Twitter users around the world are meeting with an unhappy robot and a message saying the site is broken, instead of you know, the usual, tweets.
