Man, 30, moves out after losing legal battle against parents

A 30-year-old man who made headlines last week after he was ordered by a judge to vacate his parents' NY home has officially left the residence, but not before calling the police on his father regarding some missing Legos.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Michael Rotondo, 30, was ordered to move out of his parents' home by Friday, June 1, after his parents took him to court. The Post-Standard of Syracuse reports that Rotondo left 2 ½ hours before the noon deadline set by a judge last week.

Rotondo and his cousin packed a pickup truck loaded with bags of clothes, speakers, a lacrosse stick, pictures, books, a pair of loose boots, a shoe rack, work tools, and a sewing machine.

Rotondo called the police and once they arrived, found the Legos.

The Rotondos' house in Camillus, N.Y., where Michael Rotondo, 30, was evicted at the request of his parents.

Michael Rotondo expressed relief Friday morning as he left his parents' home in Camillus.

North Korean Officials Expected in Washington as Talks Continue
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met Kim's right-hand man, General Kim Yong Chol , in NY late on May 30 to discuss the matter. The North Korean leader described the Singapore summit as a landmark opportunity to end decades of confrontation.

"I think it's really unfair that I'm not going to get enough time to really prepare a good move", he said.

Rotondo made national headlines this month after his parents successfully sued to have him ordered by a judge to vacate their home. And sadly, other Michael Rotondos got caught in the crossfire - including one who also happens to hail from central NY, in Albany. Rotondo wanted to get into the home in because he said Lego belonging to his son - who he lost custody of and unsupervised visitation in 2017 - was in the basement.

Rotondo told Syracuse.com he had a "very large check to cash" after appearing on the show. "While the police were there, the Legos were located and there was no further incident".

Greenwood ruled in favour of Rotondo's parents, Mark and Christina, setting into motion the 30-year-old's eviction. "I don't have to guess what's behind door number one".

Rotondo earned worldwide infamy as he became a punchline for what many think is wrong with his generation.
