Delhi: 11 members of a family found dead in Burari

Preliminary investigation revealed that the head of the family is running a plywood shop in the same premises.

Ten bodies were found hanging and blindfolded, while a 75-year-old woman's body was found on the floor, the police was quoted as saying by PTI.

The bodies were blind-folded and gagged, and were found hanging from the ceiling of the house opposite Guru Govind Singh Hospital.

According to reports, the family shop used to be open from 6AM in the morning. The Delhi Police has sent a team to the spot, and an investigation is underway. The incident came to light when a neighbour went to the house to call the family head with whom he go for morning walk.
