Fortnite's Playground Mode Returns Later This Week

When you have done this for all ten cakes you have completed that challenge and unlock a birthday-themed spray.

Fortnite is a global phenomenon, played obsessively by children, rappers, professional athletes and middle-age accountants.

The challenges were posted on Epic Games' site a couple of days ago. Celebrity fans such as rapper Drake and the Los Angeles Lakers' Josh Hart have pushed it further into mainstream consciousness.

Gamers who have played countless hours of Fortnite since the game's launch will likely notice those changes immediately. Epic Games has reassured players that they are coming and will be available to everyone, so just hold on a little longer and you'll be able to join in the fun.

Fortnite players are now unable to login to the game as Epic has taken the title offline for maintenance ahead of patch 5.1 going live on the title. Also, update 5.10 is going to be the start of the Birthday Event in Fortnite, with new challenges and more.

Abbas said that the teenager is a "vital weapon" in nonviolent resistance to Israel's control over the West Bank. Tamimi also said she plans to study law to "defend my people and the Palestinian cause".

Epic Games is giving Fortnite players a chance to return to the playground this week.

On top of all that, Playground Mode will be making it's victorious return on July 25th after enchanting players with it's no rules rules. Players can also earn tickets to spend on birthday llamas which will award heroes and weapons from every event this year (not including heroes or weapons earned from quest rewards). Fortnite says this allows the player to "engage in close quarters combat with the high capacity, fast firing Compact SMG". You can read the full list of patch notes for the game on Fortnite's website.
