Scarborough said. He added, under Trump's leadership the country had moved closer to war on the Korean Peninsula than most Americans know.

"I'm just kind of wondering, what's the Cabinet waiting for?" "He is not well", Scarborough said on Twitter.

Before the 2016 presidential election, Scarborough received criticism for being too close to Trump, but has since shifted his stance.

Scarborough also suggested that sources close to Trump once told him the president has "early stages of dementia".

"When are we supposed to say this?" he continued. "After the first nuclear missile goes?" he added, noting the increased tension between the USA and North Korea. "Is that when it's proper to bring this up in polite society?"

The release of the "Access Hollywood" tape, in which Trump bragged about grabbing women by their sexual organs, proved to be a crisis during the campaign, but a number of news outlets, including the New York Times and Washington Post, have reported that the president has since questioned the authenticity of the recording.

"Only those completely under his spell can deny what growing numbers of Americans have long suspected: The president of the United States is profoundly unstable", the editorial said.

According to the neuroscientist , studying the brains of different species teaches an important lesson: "Diversity is enormous". There's a new twist in the age-old argument over whether cats are smarter than dogs, or vice versa.

Scarborough, who often criticizes the president, went on to say that "everybody around Donald Trump knows he's not stable".

Back when Scarborough was a Congressman in Florida, a staffer named Lori Klausutis died in one of his district offices.

Scarborough's comments come just one day after Trump made a tweet referencing him - specifically, the freaky death of one of his interns while he was still a congressman in 2001.

CNN's Jake Tapper lashed out at Trump for the tweet.

Scarborough invoked the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution, which details the line of succession in the case of a vacancy in the office of the president or vice president.

"Joe and I are not intimidated and his freakish behavior contravenes both the Constitution and basic moral judgment", she added.
